Chaos Answers has been developed to help managers properly recognize, assess, and handle chaotic situations that occur on a daily basis within the work environment. Dr. Maureen Steinwall has been practicing and utilizing different management models since 1983 at her manufacturing company, Steinwall Inc. Maureen is an advocate for life-long learning and believes increased knowledge and awareness about how to properly manage people will lead to increased business success.

In 2006, Maureen received her Ph.D. from Capella University in business: Organization and Management. Her research centered on employee empowerment; in general, her focus was on how to properly motivate employees to perform at a consistently high level.  Maureen wants to help other managers by sharing her experiences and insights from her 30 years of running a business and research.  Maureen envisions Chaos Answers to become a reliable tool for managers  to utilize as a learning resource for themselves and perhaps as a training module for employees and future leaders.
