Who's Who?

Have you ever wanted someone else’s job because it seemed like the perfect job?  Have you ever criticized the way someone did his or her job and thought that you could have done it better? 

Everyone has different skills and talents.  A train will only move forward when all jobs are accomplished.  And the jobs accomplished can only be done by the people who have the right skills and talents. 

The same is true with our company.  Your job is extremely important.  If everyone, including yourself, does their job well, our company will move forward along our path, just like the train. 

It doesn’t matter what your title is or where your workspace is located.  What matters is that you do your job well. If you are constantly looking at someone else’s job, you will lose focus on your job.
